Inclusions and Exclusions
Includes:accommodation,courtesy self-catering starter-pack of tea/coffee/sugar/milk,complimentary Wifi Internet access for normal low bandwidth usage only. High bandwidth users can purchase bandwidth per gig (check current rates).
Excludes:breakfast,laundry service,telephone calls and other personal expenses.
Tourism levy:No levies are charged at present
Optional extras on Request:Whale watching excursions,Game drives,Scuba diving excursions,mountain bikes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All rates are in South African Rands.
2. Please note that guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
3. Alcyone reserves the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests.
Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. In the event of notification of cancellation or no show,the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
1. Cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation less than 5 days prior to arrival is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
