Payment Policy

- Balance due upon arrival
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
- All rates are in South African Rand (ZAR)
Cancellation Policy
- More than 1 week before check-in: Full refund
- 48 hours to 1 week before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund
- Special consideration for emergencies
House Rules
- No smoking inside the rooms
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No pets allowed
- Guests responsible for any damages
